End of study and Thesis project made in Marseille 2024 (Product Design/Engineering). 

Project development runs from start 2023 to mid 2024. Upgrades still planned in the future.

Production cost  still to be evalueted. Current product selling price estimated around 9000€.

Project added value to current rebreathers : O2 generation, less consumable, possible to transport via airplanes and less equipment maintenance.

X-MARE

                          With the overall sea level rise and the development of aquatic activities following this change, I wanted to help improve human mobility underwater, this led to the creation of the AQUATECH technology. The X-MARE project is a portable equipment using this technology. It allows to generate oxygen in real time thanks to an electrolyzer (device which uses electricity to divide water H2O into O2 and H2) placed in the plastron, the system of gas exchange in the backpack and the mask connected to it. All forming a rebreather of a new kind, transportable and meeting the needs of diving professionals.
